The client has 72 hours from the time of appointment to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations before this time will get charged a $50 fee and No Show will be charged that day's service from the plan or a $50 fee to reschedule.
Cancellations within 72 hours will have to be rescheduled within 14 days to accommodate business. No Refund after payment received. If the potential Client/ Client chooses to cancel within 72hours and doesn't agree with doing business with Pleasurebodyspa, a Gift Card can be given at the same value price and has to be used within 90 days at the face value price.
At Pleasurebodyspa our goal is to assist and help as many clients reach their goals, for this to happen We have to accommodate all appointments according to service time and date. Depending on the nature of business if the client calls within 15 minutes of the appointment We can accommodate Late Shows 15 minutes but it will have to be deducted from Service time. We strive to accommodate your needs but to reassure all Clients are treated with exceptional service our #1 Goal is to give 100% dedication to every client scheduling and personalizing appointments.
